A Bit About Me

My name is Sandra Fraser; I have lived in Somerset for 30 years after locating from Brighton in Sussex.

Living in Somerset has allowed me to live and work alongside the many walks of life in the city and the countryside gaining a wide knowledge of many diverse emotional situations and issues that arise in our daily lives. My journey has led me to open up my own private practice in Somerset allowing me to continue the work of which I am so passionate. During this time I have realised just how important it is that counselling be accessible for everyone no matter what point in their life they are at. There is a real need for all age groups to be listened to and heard, in particular those who feel they have nobody to talk to due to circumstances in their work or life environment.

Throughout the time I have had my practice in Somerset I have worked alongside the Ministry of Defence both within a hospital environment and also within their local community. Along with the MOD I have also worked with Turning Point (www.turning-point.co.uk), providing counselling services to clients of all ages and backgrounds with all addiction problems and substance misuse and the subsequent emotional difficulties that they may face.
